Directions for Use: 

Let warm water soften your skin for 5 to 10 minutes before you begin. Apply scrub starting at the feet and move upwards in a circular motion with gentle pressure. Rinse skin thoroughly, pat dry, and apply moisturizer while the skin is warm, and pores are open.
