Candle Care

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn to help prevent tunneling. Before future burns, remove any loose char from the wooden wick if needed. Burn on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and anything flammable. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Shipping

We normally process and ship online orders within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are shipped through USPS. Delivery timing may vary once the carrier receives a package.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, email sales@principlebodycare.com before sending anything back. We cannot accept returns sent without prior approval.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
